Reservation Confirmation:

At the time of booking, to confirm a reservation make a full payment, or require a valid credit card guarantee.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Times are specified for check-in and check-out and an additional charge is incurred for early check-in and late check-out.

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel the booking if you fail to fulfill the payment within 48 hours. Feel free to contact us for further cancellation deadlines, fees, and refund policies.

Payment:

All payments must be made in foreign convertible currency. Contact us for further briefs on payment methods, currency, and any deposit requirements.

Privacy Policy:

We collect your data (personal) for reservation purposes and ensure it is limited to that purpose only. We strictly adhere to privacy laws and your pictures are only used on related platforms (our website, brochure, and social media page). We do not share it with any other companies without consent.

Rates:

Our rates such as taxes, additional fees, and charges all are pre-determined. If subject to any change or modification, we reserve rights to it. US dollar conversion is at our discretion.

Guest Responsibilities:

Guests should strictly adhere to hotel rules and regulations. They may held liable for the hotel’s liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. For your ease, we have procedures for handling disputes or complaints.

Force Majeure:

We have policies regarding unexpected events (e.g., natural disasters) that may impact reservations. Contact us for further details.

Amendments:

Hotel Viewpoint reserves the sole decision to modify or terminate the program, with or without prior notice.
